100% Authenticity Commitment
Counterfeit and imitation products have no place on Merzom. We work tirelessly with verified brand distributors, authorized importers, and vetted domestic creators to ensure that every product shipped is 100% genuine.
Our 3-Tier Verification Process
- Documented Merchant Onboarding: Trade licenses, TIN certificates, and authorized distribution agreements are checked before sellers can list products.
- Mystery Quality Audits: Our Quality Assurance team regularly purchases products anonymously to test compliance and authentic packaging.
- Zero-Tolerance Counterfeit Penalties: Any merchant attempting to sell replicas or expired goods is immediately banned, with inventory confiscated and customer funds reimbursed double.
