Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that minds can change or orders may be placed accidentally. You may cancel any order without fee before it has been marked as shipped or handed over to the courier logistics service.
How to Cancel Before Dispatch
Log in to your customer profile, view the order in your dashboard, and click the Cancel Order button. If you paid online, your refund will be processed immediately.
Cancellations Once Shipped
Once an item is handed to the delivery courier and is in transit, the order cannot be digitally cancelled. You may decline the package when the courier calls, and standard return procedures will take effect.
