Eligible Return Conditions
- The item must be in unwashed, unworn, and original condition with all barcode tags, warranty cards, and accessories intact.
- Original branded box or protective packaging must be preserved.
- Non-returnable goods include intimate apparel, perishable items, hygiene goods, and digital software keys.
How to Initiate a Return
- Navigate to My Account → My Orders.
- Select the relevant order and click Request Return.
- Upload clear photos or a short video highlighting the defect or mismatch.
- Our courier partner will arrange doorstep pickup or provide a nearby drop-off point.
