Delivery Timelines
- Inside Dhaka City: 24 to 48 hours following merchant order confirmation.
- Dhaka Suburbs & Greater Division: 2 to 3 business days.
- Other Divisions & Upazilas (Outside Dhaka): 3 to 5 business days.
Delivery Fees & Free Shipping
Standard delivery charges are transparently calculated at checkout based on your delivery district and parcel weight. Look for the Free Delivery badge on qualifying promotional products or orders exceeding specified thresholds.
Package Inspection
For cash on delivery parcels, we recommend inspecting the exterior packaging in front of the courier agent before signing. If the package shows severe damage, you may decline acceptance and notify support immediately.
