Refund Processing Timelines
- bKash / Nagad / Rocket: 48 to 72 business hours after refund approval.
- Debit / Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard): 5 to 10 banking days depending on your issuing bank.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Returns: Reimbursed directly to your verified bKash or Nagad mobile number within 3 business days of quality inspection.
Full vs. Partial Refunds
If an entire order is cancelled by the seller or rejected due to out-of-stock items, 100% of the payment including the delivery charge is refunded. For partial returns, the merchandise value is refunded.
